“Future generations will be helpless in front of AI technology”

“AI Technology Set to Surpass Human Intelligence Soon”
Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, the company behind popular artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT, has made a startling new prediction about this technology.
Speaking on a podcast, Sam Altman predicted that his children would never be smarter than AI.
In simple words, he said that in the near future, AI technology will surpass human intelligence.
He added that very soon, this idea will become a reality for future generations, and in fact, they will find it natural.
He acknowledged that AI technology is already capable of performing numerous tasks that are impossible for humans.
However, he emphasized that this is not a big deal because new changes are a natural part of life that give it a new direction.
Sam Altman said that in a future world dominated by AI technology, future generations will need to learn specific skills.
He believes that raw intelligence will lose its significance because people will focus more on the ability to ask the right questions rather than just finding answers.
He stressed that human interaction with AI is undergoing an evolutionary process, and gradually, we will need to delve deeper in our communication with AI.
In other words, the simple and easy methods we currently use to ask questions to AI chatbots will become obsolete.
He said that people need to adapt to new ways of interacting with AI.
Sam Altman shared an example, saying that in the beginning, online chess models were weak and used to lose against humans, but over time, they surpassed us.
The same will happen with AI technology.
However, he expressed optimism that humans will adapt to situations and will not lose jobs or other means of livelihood.
He stated that we have always faced new technologies and have found new jobs to sustain ourselves.
